Three years ago the mayor of San Francisco pledged to achieve zero waste by 2020. Racing to Zero tracks San Francisco’s waste stream diversion tactics and presents innovative new solutions to waste. This film documents a surprising, engaging and inspiring race to zero. Presented by the Environmental Education Coalition of Napa County.

All proceeds from the film benefit the Darcy Aston Memorial Scholarship Fund for local high school students pursuing environmental studies.  A discussion with local recycling expert Tim Dewey-Mattia will follow the film.  And of course, there will be delicious refreshments! You can buy tickets at the door or buy them online at http://www.napaenvironmentaled.org/film/.
